Hello everyone, good day.

 

I wanted to ask if anyone can help and send me the older firmware version since I need to downgrade it because of the newest version is unable to detect the non-hp catridge.

Hi, I have same issue here. Can please share how you downgrade the firmware?

I have old firmware version. But my printer cannot press the printer touch pad at all.

thank you... THIS WORKED!  one piece of advice to others:  it works better if you do this update with a printer cable to computer connection vs wireless.

Excellent! This firmware worked for me also (simply, run - select the printer - send firmware - ready).

I updated through wi-fi with no problems. I didn't even need to reboot the printer (I'm not aware if it has rebooted automatically after flashing the firmware, as the printer is in another room).

But if the printer is not in ready state, it doesn't take on the job to run firmware update, how did you guys solved that ?

I also would like to know how to push this downgrade if I can't get my printer to a "ready" state.  It is flashing the orange triangle with the exclamation point and the display reads supply problem with ? on each cartridge
