Product: Pavilion X360 m3 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get no response from Windows when I plug in the USB cable.  I downloaded the latest drivers for the printer, and the installer says "plug in your printer" but when I do nothing happens.  All I can do is hit 'back'.  I tried this on an older PC running Windows 8 and it works fine.

I found a solution in your reply to @scjconsulting about running the printer installer.  I followed your instructions and downloaded the file you mentioned.  Now the installer recognizes the laser printer.
