I just loaded the drivers for the printer using the recommended HP Smart - and it did not select the driver for the correct OS. It is not recognizing that Windows 11 OS is on my computer, so it is loading the Windows 10 driver and only giving me very limited printing options.
How do I select the right driver when it recommends me to use HP Smart to load the drivers and it isn't selecting the correct driver?
UPDATE: I finally figured out how to manually download the correct driver for Windows 11... Not sure why HP can't detect that my computer is upgraded to Windows 11 and just keeps defaulting to the original Windows 10 that was loaded when I purchased it. - appreciate the idea of installs being easy with HP Smart, but not when it can't detect the right OS!!
