Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fnw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Color Laserjet Pro MFP M479fnw failing to print both sides. I have installed duplex mode and a universal printer driver. When im trying to print its giving me option to print both sides but when i select the option its still printing one side.On print properties and preference i have set it to print both sides, but it still not working. I'm using windows 10.

M479fnw has manual duplex only, it doesn't have automatic duplex printing option.

The manual duplex is also failing.

You need to choose manual duplex in the print driver. Everything you did for automatic duplex will not work for sure, and you are only confusing the printer.
