I have a HP DeskJet 4200e printer and I use it with my MacBookPro (OS Sonoma). It is not showing me the option to print in color, although there is a full cartridge installed. I read about the driver being an issue but can't seem to find how to fix it on a Mac. Please advise. Thanks.

1.  Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

 

2. And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.
