Product: HP OfficeJet 4650

When I go to print a color file  with windows 11 on HP 4650 and I want to change the print setting from monochrome to color, I get the message "has been changed due to a conflict with another printer setting" next to the color option and it resets to monochrome. I updated the firmware but without solving.
