Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't used my printer for almost a year. Now I'm using it and I'm not printing in color. D0 I need to just get another cartridge?

Hi @LSCALES ,

 

Maybe the cartridge has dried ink and needs to clean.

 

Try the steps in the next video:

 

 

If the printer still don´t print in color then you need to get another cartridge.
