Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have never had a problem printing color documents from my laptop. All of the sudden, I only have grey scale and monochrome options now when printing. No color options.  My husband can print the same document from his laptop and get color documents.

You should check to make sure the driver still knows the printer is color capable. On your computer to to control panel >devices and printers  and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Then click on the device settings tab and scroll through the options till you see device type and set it to color. If you do not see these options Windows may have replaced your driver.
