I can only print my word document in black/greyscale. I have uninstalled the driver three or four times. I've uninstalled HP Smart three or four times. I've deleted HP files using 'printui.exe /s' and 'c:/programdata' and reinstalled but still the problem exists. One page suggested opening the resources menu on HP Smart (the icon below the Home button on the left hand side but the button does not exist on my HP Smart app even though I have reinstalled it a couple of times. I can print a colour test page without problem so I have ink.
I've spent about 4 hours today trying to resolve this problem and I am now losing the will to live.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was hoping someone may have been able to suggest a solution. I'm still having the problem. I can print from my tablet without a problem but my PC will only print black and the quality is terrible. I've lost count of the number of times I've uninstalled the driver including the 'printui.exe /s ' driver settings. I've also tried uninstalling HP Smart but it always comes back to the same 'only black' printing. It must be the driver that is the problem if other devices can print OK. I'm using a Dell Latitude E4300 running Windows 10 pro Version 21H1, OS build 19043.1083.
What driver do I need and where can I get it from?
Or do I need to buy a new printer?
