HP Recommended
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Envy 6000e won't print in colour. Ink gauge says there's plenty. However it does print the 'status' pages 'HP' logo in blue. I've tried switching it off and on and checked the seating of the cartridge. Monochrome OK. Any suggestions gratefully received!
