Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
The same issue as raised in 2022 (and before) which went unsolved: In the HP Printer Assistant a note displays, "computer can't establish a two-way communication with the device." All other operations work (Print and Scan, Customize Your Printer and PSDR) except the Printer Assistant Tools page--which includes all of the printer information: Ink levels, Align Ink Ctgs. and cleaning tools, internet info, test reports, etc. Everything suggested to fix it doesn't work. In addition, in the Control Panel Uninstall Programs, I ran a repair of the installed software. No change. Does anyone wish to actually solve this problem? RC
