Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’m trying to find out if the dell hub WD19TB would work with my HP laptop 15-af174nr. I have had this laptop for at least 5 years and it doesn’t have a USB c drive

Dell WD19TB is a Thunderbolt™ 3 dock and the specs of your HP machine is

They are NOT compatible, actually no way you can connect them  to work.
