Please add an option to completely turn off all lights (Wi-Fi, power button, and other LEDs) when the printer is in sleep mode on the HP Inspire 7200 model. The constant lights are disturbing, especially at night. Users need a true dark/sleep mode, not just a dimmed screen. Thank you.

@bazylisko, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding bright lights on your HP Inspire 7200!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I completely understand how frustrating those constant lights can be, especially when you’re trying to unwind in a dark, quiet room. The soft glow from LEDs might seem small, but at night, it can really feel like a spotlight.

At this time, the HP Inspire 7200 series doesn’t offer the option to completely disable all lights in sleep mode, including the Wi-Fi and power LEDs. However, I’ll make sure to pass this suggestion along to our product team — feedback like yours truly helps us design better experiences.

In the meantime, some users have found success using light-dimming stickers or placing the printer in a cabinet or less visible spot during the night. Not a perfect fix, but it might help reduce the disturbance.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
