Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I spent 45 minutes today with HP Support to try to get my printer to work. After the problem was solved, they referred me to advanced support. What advanced support tried to do was sell me an additional support option for $16/month indefinitely. This is such poor customer support that I almost went and bought another brand of printer. Boo on you, HP!!!

That is an option, you don't need to pay for that service, and you can still use free support
