I have done everything requested I do. I have downloaded and installed HP Smart but my printer is not found. The screen on the printer has "Complete activation at hp+ admin portal". I cannot get past this to add the printer to our network.
The panel also has a triangle with the exclamation and green refresh blinking.
I plugged into the printer directly with a USB and tried to do a Factory Reset but I receive a error message: The printer is busy. Try again later.
Please help we have about four (4) printers that have the same issue.

First thing first, you need to check the Laserjet printer model.
1. If this a regular Laserjet 4001dn then you simply need to complete the installation with the driver from HP Support page from the next link:
2. But if the printer is a Laserjet 4001dne, with that "e" at the end, that means this is a Laserjet HP+ Plus model , so then you need to complete the registration process
to activate HP+ printer in the next link:

- This is a registration process to activate HP Plus services and this is a configuration that needs to be done with all Laserjet HP+ Plus models.
- Please check the next link with Setup Guide:
- >> Setup Guide (included in the box) for a Laserjet 4001dne printer
- In the other hand, there is an optional offer to setup Instant Ink service, but remember this is optional.
