When trying to find my printer, I get the message: Call to Driver Package Install returned error 32 for package
C:\Program Files\HP\HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series\DriverStore\YetiV4\hpygid29_v4.inf
A component of the driver package in the DIFx driver store is locked by a thread or process.
How do I get the printer unlocked? None of HP's Help works as it can't find the printer.

Hi,
Such an error occur when a process may get locked or may there are pending Windows Updates installing in the background.
First, make sure your PC is up to date with any latest updates, be sure to Check for Updates till no more updates are available:
Next restart your PC, then launch the HP installation software again and check for any difference.
