Product: HP OfficeJet 250

I have an HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-In-One, I got it purely because of its size, it will NOT be used anywhere else or with any other laptops/desktops. The computer it will be used with does not have internet access, according to the manual that came with it, a software CD can be ordered. How do I order that CD? Thanks in advance.

The CD should be included with a new printer, you can download drivers and software from hp.com and burn a CD

No CD was included, just instructions on how to download driver from the web. I also don’t have CD burning capabilities.

You can save it to a USB drive and install it from a USB.

I tried that as well, unfortunately it still requires me to be connected to the internet for some reason. You’re talking about the setup.exe file correct?
