Product: HP ENVY 6420e All-in-One Printer

Am o imprimantă HP ENVY 6400e All in one.
După o serie de up date la Windows 11 imprimanta nu mai funcțional.
Am reconfigurat-o, adar nu se mai conectează la internet.
Am încercat de mai multe ori, urmând pașii HP Smart, dar degeaba. Imprimanta îmi dau același mesaj.
