Configuracion de la impresora incompleta

Mensaje JP Laserjet M209dw aparece mensaje "configuración de la impresora incompleta" y no puedo imprimir. He probado a quitarla y agregarla de nuevo, desinstalar y volver a instalar pero sigue apareciendo el mismo mensaje.

1. Al momento de instalar la impresora es necesario crear una cuenta de HP y después hacer el registro de impresora, mediante el software de instalación, para que quede registrada en el sistema HP.

2. Revisa los pasos para hacer el registro que se muestran en el siguiente video, sobretodo a partir del minuto 2:01
