Configuration issues with HP 3700 All In One Series

When trying to print documents from my files folder I get a notification stating the following:  "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem.  0x8007007e.

Has anyone else received this notification?  If so what does it mean and is there a way to correct it?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Check for any pending Windows updates:

Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
