I moved and have misplaced the setup cartridges that came with my HP 5014 printer. I have purchased genuine compatible HP cartridges but am not able to configure the printer, it keeps asking for setup cartridges that came with the printer. I understand I need to perform an OOBE reset. Please guide.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with setting up your printer as the setup ink cartridges are missing.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
I've sent you a private message with the instructions to override the setup ink cartridges by using genuine HP ink.
In order to access your private messages, Click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link

Hi Irwin6, Thankyou for the solution. I followed the sequence of pressing the home->back->back->home and then opening and closing the cartridge access door multiple times but it didn't work; I kept pressing back multiple times and it finally worked. The home and back buttons were not backlit at that stage of the setup which made things bit challenging, also the image shared was for Envy 7000 model which caused some initial confusion.
It is finally working now and I am thankful to you for your help.
