I have installed HP Smart on my phone running iOS successfully. I have added an additional user who has confirmed their email using the link. Status is shown as active but they are unable to print. Hp recommend looking for HP WiFi on my router but no such account exists.

I see that you are facing an issue with adding another user to your HP smart application.
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Is the other user connected to the same network as your phone and the printer?
- If he is not connected to the same network as of the printer, he wont be able to print.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi Irwin,
both my stepdaughter and I are connected to the same WiFi network; both of us are using iOS devices. My HPSmart dashboard shows her as connected status as active. However, neither of us can use her device to print wirelessly. I do not have any issues from my device.
