Hello! I recently bought the Deskjet 3755 All-In-One Printer to use in my college dorm and found out it can only connect to the Wi-Fi if it is 2.4 GHz. All the Wi-Fi connections on campus are 5 GHz, is there any possible way to connect it without having to use a USB cord or Wi-Fi Direct?

Please talk with your IT department. All I know is they do not allow students to connect printer to the dorm wifi networks at all.

Do you wish other students to use expensive inks and papers ?

Do you wish other students to knock your door at midnight to collect their output ?

Hope this makes sense. The best option you can do is use USB connection.

Regards.
