Cannot connect the printer to the HP app on this Pc no matter how many times I delete it and start over. The app is recognizing the printer with the same IP address and serial code and is online. However, once I try to connect the printer to the app it gives it a red dot meaning offline and telling me to select a different printer. My problem is the fact that I have it connected on the app on my phone no issue, however this PC is not allowing me to connect it. Both devices are on the same network and has internet. Why is it not allowing me to add the printer on the hp app or website on this pc but allows me to have it on my mobile device?

Hi @Maytee

You may need to install Full driver for your printer, please install the next HP Easy Start software for your printer:
