Hello!

I had to reset my WiFi network password which caused my printer to disconnect. Now I can't figure out how to add the network back. In using the HP Smart app & cannot set it up as a new printer because the HP Setup WiFI network does not populate & I cannot set it up as an existing printer because it needs to be connected to the same network as my device & (DUH!) that's the whole reason I need help to begin with.

Does anyone have any advice? No one from HP Support will help me over the phone. Would appreciate any workarounds!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

                     https://www.hp.com/au-en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
