Smart tank 5000

How to connect iPad to a smart tank 5000.  I had it set up on one location, then had to move.  Now I cannot get the iPad and all-in-one to communicate with each other.  Help, please!

Welcome to the HP English Community --

In general, you can usually set the network back to defaults to remove the "old network" information.

Next, the printer might be ready to connect to the new network the way you want it done.

Open

User Guide - HP Smart Tank 5000 (HP Smart Tank 5100 series)

Go to Page 76

Sections

Restore original factory defaults and setting

and

Restore printer factory defaults from the control panel

Next,

Go back and read >> Chapter 2 - Connect your printer - on Page 13

In general,

If you have the same kind of network as you did, for example, Wireless with a router,

then

Whatever method you used the first time you set up the printer should work this time.
