Hi

I am unable to connect my printer to PC. I have tried downloading the drive online through 123.hp.com but it isn't supported in windows 7.

Hello,

Please use the HP DeskJet 2300 All-in-One Printer Full Drivers and Software to install the printer.

To set up the printer, you will only be able to connect it using the USB cable. Because the HP DeskJet 2300 series printer does not support both wireless and wired (Ethernet) network technology.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
