Product: DeskJet 2331
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am unable to print in Deskjet 2331 printer in my mac os.

I have tried following things :

1. Reseting the printing system

2. Online installation through 123.hp.com but it led to page which says there is no available drives.

3. HP easy start app led to No drives found.

4. HP smart app could not find the printer.

Hi,

The HP Deskjet 2331 printer is not supported on macOS, it is only supported on Windows PCs.

 

You may fond the printer specifications listed below:
