Greetings, DeskJet 2320 All-in-One Printer is the name of my printer and I don't know how to go about it to connect to my mobile phone

  • Update Firmware : Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP support website and search for your printer model to check for any available firmware updates. Sometimes, firmware updates can fix connectivity issues.
  • Check Wi-Fi Connection : Ensure that both your printer and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Inconsistent connectivity between devices can cause printing problems.
  • HP Smart App Settings : In the HP Smart app on your phone, check the settings to see if there's an option to "Forget" or "Remove" the printer. If so, remove it and then try to add it again without resetting the network options on your printer.

This little DeskJet printer does not connect to your network -- it does not support Wireless.

Your Phone is a wireless device -- it does not support connecting to the printer with a printer cable.

 

Your phone cannot talk to your printer.
