Hello,

My printer is having trouble connecting to the network. I've connected my printer to the network before and was able to print/scan. Then recently my printer was having issues printing so I messed with the wireless button. Then the network icon on my printer stopped glowing and I have been trying to connect it back but was unsuccessful. Could someone please help me with this? Thank you!

I see that you are not able to connect the printer to the wireless network.

 

To connect the printer to your wireless network, refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. 
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
