Connection to Wifi with printer

Hi, I am not a very tech person so need simple replies : tia ;

I have a HP Deskjet 3050 printer which I have had some time and had it connected wireless to my BT broadband; I have recently changed to SKY broadband and now the printer will not connect; I have tried to do the set up by reconnecting and within 2 mins pushing the WPS button on the front of the SKY router but each time I try the printer comes up with WPS error and retry. This repeats each time I try; What am I doing wrong am sure it is a simple solution but it is really frsutrating me I cannot fathom.  Thanks for any help appreciated. shaze

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router.

• Which operating system is installed on the computer to which you are trying to connect the printer?
