When connecting to HP Smart I have to log in but at the end I receive the following message:
We’re experiencing connectivity issues related to account access. This could happen if you are connected to a VPN. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue.
If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.
(Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001)
How can this be resolved?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's firstly turn off VPN on Windows and try connecting the network:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
- Select VPN in the left-side menu.
- Select the VPN connection you want to disable.
- Click Disconnect.
