HP Recommended

Involves an HP laptop and an HP DeskJet 2852e printer.  Printer cannot be found or, if sometimes found, driver is listed as "unavailable" and printer status is defined as "Idle".  Printer is connected via USB to laptop and both are plugged into a wall outlet.
