I've had issues with HP all in one 9125e printers malfunctioning. I noticed the first 2 printers I received would not connect to the computer and wifi. It would freeze the screen at loading and never come on. Factory resets didn't work and HP support agreed to send a replacement after many support calls. The second printer had the same issue. They were very loud printing even in quiet mode before they both stopped working. Since then, I've been sent 2 more printers that were clearly old, used, refurbished, and missing pieces. 

 

Anyone else having issues with this model and HP support? I'm wondering if the model is defective and if I need a refund instead of replacement?
