Is it ever possible to contact HP to speak with someone about a glitch? My printer is out of warranty but I would GLADLY pay a fee for some help. I have received no replies from Community Support. I think my problem is minor -- message tells me to install software. I have done that and got a green check mark saying "Ready" but machine won't print and same message pops up. I am a major monthly ink customer but HP does not seem to provide any support for their products. What I want is a PHONE NUMBER. Tell me, community, does HP ever provide direct phone support?

Instant Ink provides contact information in your Instant Ink account.

Lacking access to your account, you can find contact information in your Terms of Service contract.

Lacking that, you can wait here for one of our Instant Ink agents to respond.

Weekend coverage varies.  We are a volunteer organization.

@JTBX I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
