The text of the content within the HP Scan dialogue box of the HP Printer software appears blurred/fuzzy. I suspect that this is due to issues concerning the display driver brought about by one or more of the upgrades/updates to the Windows 10 operating system.

Please advise if anybody else has experienced this issue and let me know of any known solution to make the text more sharp and clear in appearance. The dialogue box, titled HP Scan, is shown in the image below, along with the HP Printer Assistant window in which HP Scan was opened.

I cannot put an exact date on when the issue started but I believe it was around the time of the Fall Creators' Update to Windows 10. I have Windows 10 Home, 64-bit version.

I did not attempt any troubleshooting steps before posting.

I have just run the compatibility troubleshooter on the HP Scan application file and selected Windows 7. This seems to have fixed the problem with the text that was displayed. I then re-ran HP Scan from with HP Printer Assistant and the text remains crisp and clear. Thank you for your help.
