I have had some assistance from HP trying to get this printer to work the way it should by switching it to a USB connection versus my Wi-Fi, but without a lot of luck.  I had no problem with this printer at all for 18 months (approx) since it was purchased.  With the change to USB, I was able to print temporarily, but then the issue of trying to print started happening again. When I look at the mess in the background, it shows multiple printers with essentially the same name that I can select from when printing.  Often the print jobs get stuck in the print queue.  I am so confused because I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times as instructed either through my HP contact discussions or from instructions found on the HP support site.  So, do you think that removing ALL reference to HP printers on my Dell laptop may help with the problem.  Would I need to factory reset the printer now that it is hardwired?  This printer is still under warranty through Care Pack.  Please help me - this is crazy!!  I also had HP Smart installed at one point to print and not sure if it is now creating an issue or not.  Just a note, I can use the HP Smart app and print easily from my iPhone without any hitch.
