Control Panel locked, can't switch to new wireless network

Hi,

Does anyone know how to factory reset hp printer model 7740?  I get a message that the control panel is locked by the person who set up the printer.  Where do I got to change that setting?  All of those controls have a locked lock next to them on the control panel?

I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
