I do not see that you included your printer model.

If you did so, the post failed to add the information.

The answer is No --

You cannot initiate Copy from the PC.

COPY is a printer based operation.

What if?

If you are using a supported printer model, a supported Operating System / version, and have access to a supported application --

The answer is Use Scan instead of Copy

Like most printers, your Envy can make a Copy from the printer but not from the PC.
