Using the copy buttons to photocopy on my Deskjet 2600 printer can only print out in letter size, therefore some area at the lower edge of A4 documents is always missing in the printout. Printing from files on computer does not have this problem. Because it has no control panel on the machine, how can I reset the paper size for photocopying?

Hello SimonDXZ,
Change copy settings on printers with a control panel menu
Open the copy settings menu from the printer control panel. On the printer control panel, touch Copy, Copy Document, or Copy Photo. Change any basic settings, such as number of copies. Touch Settings or the Gear icon to open the copy job options.
