Trying to copy a legal size document. I loaded legal size paper in the tray. Placed the document in the feeder, click copy, 1 copy, then the settings icon. When I click on Tray and Paper, there is no option to change from letter to legal. When I copy the document, only the first 11" of the document copies.

Hi,
Remove and reload the paper into the tray, then evaluate the shown prompt and make sure that the Paper Size is set as US Legal.
Click No or Edit to change the Paper Size if any other size is given.
Now try copying from the top document feeder and check for any difference.
