Use this link, https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/hp-sd-pro-scanner/9753896.

Good Day,

We have reviewed the procedure you provided. However, we are unable to proceed to the main display screen where we can update the software as illustrated in the instructions. When we power on the machine, it immediately opens in recovery mode.

Upon checking, we found that the image driver/version is missing. When we attempted to update the image driver using the default version displayed on the monitor, the process took about an hour, but ultimately failed with the message: “Driver is corrupted.”

We then tried downloading the driver from the HP website. We extracted the files into a single folder, saved it to a USB, and plugged it into the monitor to see if it would detect the driver. Unfortunately, the driver was not recognized.

We also noticed that the recommended driver version is "HPPD" type. However, even after selecting the correct operating system (Windows 10) on the HP website, the only available driver type is "hp7151". According to the procedure, the driver type for Windows 10 should be "HPPD".

We hope to have potential solution to resolve this issue.

Thank you!
