Mi problema es que no me acepta el PIN que aparece en la etiqueta de la impresora siendo el que corresponde al número de serie de la impresora que está registrada en HP Smart. La impresora funcionaba correctamente, pero algo se ha desconfigurado cuando he cambiado los cartuchos, que son originales HP.

Gracias por la respuesta, pero los pasos indicados en el video los he hecho, el fallo es al final cuando no acepta el PIN.
