What is the custom

password for my printer laser jet MFP M2334dw ?!? The set up for this printer is so crap . No information on what to do. I had to google every step !

If it is showing a custom password it will be one that was set. The default password will be on a sticker on the printer and not sure on this model but on others if you have not set a password and you print the status page it shows it. You would need to perform a factory reset to clear a custom password. Go to support.hp.com and download the user guide.

Ive managed to connect it to my laptop but now cannot connect to my phone.  My phone cannot find the printer for some reason.

what type of phone? If Apple have you ensured that the airprint protocols are active on the printer?
