Bonjour à tous et merci de m'accueillir sur ce forum.

Après installation en WiFi avec les pilotes de base (en évitant HP Smart) de cette imprimante sur un PC tournant sous W11 25h2, le scanner fonctionne dans un premier temps parfaitement sous l'application HP fournie avec les pilotes. Mais, à chaque extinction du PC et de l'imprimante, le scanner n'est plus détecté lors du redémarrage des deux appareils. Si j'utilise HP Smart and Scan (je sais que c'est déconseillé, mais cela aide quand même...) et que je lance une réparation du scanner, celle-ci touche les pilotes WIA (clé à molette bleue près de cette icône). Une fois la répartion terminé, le scanner retrouve son fonctionnement normal jusqu'à la prochaine extinction des appareils. Il est à noter que l'impression ne connaît pour sa part aucune anomalie. 

Merci par avance des pistes que vous pourriez me fournir pour résoudre ce problème. L'imprimante a été restaurée usine à plusieurs reprises...sans amélioration. Bonne journée à tous

Hello everyone, and thank you for welcoming me to this forum. After installing this printer via Wi-Fi with the basic drivers (avoiding HP Smart) on a PC running Windows 11 25h2, the scanner initially worked perfectly using the HP application provided with the drivers. However, every time I shut down the PC and the printer, the scanner is no longer detected when both devices restart. If I use HP Smart and Scan (I know it's not recommended, but it helps a little...) and run a scanner repair, it affects the WIA drivers (the blue wrench icon). Once the repair is complete, the scanner works normally until the next time the devices are shut down. It's worth noting that printing itself is working perfectly. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have to resolve this issue. The printer has been factory reset several times... without any improvement. Have a good day everyone.
