Hello - I am trying to find downloadable drivers for my D4160 Printer on my Windows 11 Laptop

Can Anyone Help?

Hi there! Unfortunately, HP does not offer an official Windows 11 driver for the Deskjet D4160. However, you can try these steps:

  1. Use Windows Update

    • Connect the printer to your laptop via USB or ensure it’s on the same network.

    • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates.

    • Check if a driver appears under Driver updates and install it.

  2. Try the HP Universal Print Driver
    If Windows Update doesn’t find a driver, download HP’s Universal Print Driver (works for basic printing):

    • Install it, then add your printer manually via Settings > Printers & scanners.
