Hi, My name is Sulaimon.

I use an HP Deskjet 2630 all in one.

I started using it last 2 years and decided to replace the cartridges.

I bought a new hp123 tri-colour cartridge yesterday and installed it to the printer.

It keeps showing me the error ''Do Not Use Setup Cartridge''.

it didn't print and copy any document i wanted to.

I have tried several tips from the internet and it keeps giving the same error.

Please I need your help as soon as possible because I have a lot of work to do

HP Recommended

The cartridges you bought if are Setup you can't use them.
