Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I AM TRING TO DOWN LOAD SOFTWARE FOR MY PRINTER. I ENTERD PRINTER NAME AND OPRATING SYSTEM. I GET THE MASAGE

"We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."

 

NED HELP TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLAME. THANKS
