I HAVE A DESKJET 4130 IT HAS STOPPED PRINTING ON RUNNING SCAN DOCTOR IT SHOWS DRIVER PROBLEM  HOW DO I FIX THIS PLEASE

I understand you are not able to print. To assist you better,

  • Do you get any errors while trying to print?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Let us try these steps:

 

Check the connectivity between the devices. 

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC
