HI Im not able to do duplex printing it says the driver is not installed so i uninstalled all the software and reinstalle it still will not print on both sides

We asked a friend who had the same printer and she was able to print Duplex.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

 

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

After installing the software, in the driver settings, there should be a (Two-sided (Duplex) printing option

Example:

hi i did what you sID AND STILL NOT ABLE TO duplex pint

Hi,

 

Follow these steps to ensure that your Duplexor is set to "Installed".

 

1. Go to Control Panel > View Devices and Printers > Right click on your printer and select "Printer Properties"

 

2. Go to Device settings and ensure that the Duplex Unit is set to "Installed"

 

Example shown:

 

Duplexor installed.jpg

 

Try to print suplex again.

Can you try this:

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

 

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.


3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hi i have done that 6 times and it still does not work it will omnly print on one side and then i have to turn it over to print on the other side

hi i have uninstalled the full web pack and let windows 10 put the driver in this has installed the duplex printing altho i still dont have full features so i guess in stuck with what i have
